  • If you wish to make any changes to an order, please contact Customer Service via email at info@thecardboys.com  
  • Because our cards are printed to order several days before delivery, we can only guarantee changes to an order if requested by midday, 3 days before the scheduled shipping day. E.G. If your payment is due on Friday, any changes must be made before midday on Tuesday. Any changes made after this point will still be processed but will only affect future orders. 
  • Our card boxes are £24 each, unless you’ve used an offer code with a discount. 
  • If you ever have a problem, please get in touch via email. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can.  
  • By joining The Card Boys you understand that we offer an ongoing quarterly (every three months) delivery service. If you ever want to skip a delivery, you must opt-out via email within the three day cut off period mentioned above. 
  • The Card Boys offer codes are for new customers only and can only be used once per household/customer/address. We want to spread the word, but if you break these rules we reserve the right to close your account without question. This covers all offer codes. We’re a small business – please don’t take advantage!
  • We really care about the cards we send to our customers. If you’re ever unhappy with the quality and we agree that they’re not up to scratch, we will, at our discretion, offer you a discount on your next delivery, or send out replacement cards on the next available date. 
  • We work with a variety of artists and select a range of designs that we feel are appropriate for every season. Not everyone likes surprises – so you can always view a photo of each the next seasons box on our website and adjust your upcoming deliveries accordingly by emailing us at info@thecardboys.com. We hope you’ll love them all, but we cannot be held responsible if you receive any cards that aren’t to your taste. 
  • We don’t guarantee delivery days, only the date that they are shipped. Please allow three business days before getting in touch - Royal Mail are very busy.  
  • Please don’t misuse our website by introducing viruses or harmful code.  
  •  Please show your love by not republishing, editing or modifying any material on the website or site content. 
  • It’ll be a sad day, but if the time ever comes to part ways, please get in touch via email and we will close your account
